If you have any problems whatsoever with your order please contact us at 310.305.1734 and we will do our best to resolve the problem. If you would like to return your purchase due to quality or artwork accuracy issues, eQ reserves the right to remake you product and replace the item, if complaints are deemed valid.
Due to the custom nature of the products we create, general returns are not available on custom products.
eQ will never sell or provide your contact information, email or otherwise sensitive data provided through the purchase process to any third-party without prior consent from you, the customer. We value your privacy as much as you do and will respect it to the best of our ability.
Invoiced payments not received within 30 days will be assessed an additional 10% late fee if arrangements have not been made. All reasonable and legal efforts will be made to collect on accounts with outstanding balances beyond this time frame.
